Customer Sales Activation Lead H/F

Contract: Permanent

Location: Montluel

Purpose of this role is to restore customer trust and strengthen commercial performance across designated markets. The position focuses on structuring and accelerating sales activities through improved communication, clearer territorial organization and more efficient operational processes. By driving consistency and alignment across countries, the role aims to enhance customer experience, increase responsiveness and unlock revenue growth within the aftermarket business. This position plays a key role in coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure sustainable performance improvements and long‑term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Structuring & Territory Management: Define and implement an optimized business model, including clear territory allocation and ownership to maximize market coverage and efficiency.
  • Customer Communication Enhancement: Improve and streamline communication channels with customers to ensure clarity, responsiveness and a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Quotation Process Optimization: Reduce quotation turnaround time by simplifying workflows, improving coordination between teams and enhancing process efficiency.
  • Installed Base Development: Increase penetration of the installed base by identifying growth opportunities, promoting service offerings and strengthening customer relationships.
  • Spare Parts Standardization: Standardize spare parts selection processes to ensure consistency, reliability and cost‑effectiveness in customer proposals.
  • Performance Improvement (MFA & Order Intake): Drive continuous improvement in MFA scores and overall order intake while ensuring backlog stability and sustainable business growth.

Profile

  • Proven commercial experience in an Aftermarket and/or B2B environment, ideally within a multi‑country or international context.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, the ability to understand needs, build trust and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross‑functional and multi‑country stakeholders in a complex organizational environment.
  • Analytical & Performance‑Oriented: Ability to monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps and implement actionable improvement plans.
  • Excellence: strong organizational and process improvement skills, with a focus on efficiency and standardization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

Compensation

Fourchette de rémunération: La rémunération annuelle pour ce poste est comprise entre €43 000,00-€86 000,00 par an. Les facteurs pouvant influencer la rémunération incluent notamment les compétences, la formation, l’expérience et d’autres qualifications spécifiques du candidat retenu.

Autres éléments de rémunération: Ce poste peut donner droit à des primes à court terme, sous réserve de conditions définies.
