We’re building lilHome — a digital platform to help immigrants adapt faster and feel at home in a new country. The MVP is already in development, and we’re looking for a technical co-founder (CTO) to join the journey.

We’re building lilHome — a digital platform to help immigrants adapt faster and feel at home in a new country. The MVP is already in development, and we’re looking for a technical co-founder (CTO) to join the journey.

A web platform where immigrants can:

• Create profiles and find others by language, location, gender, and age
• Ask everyday questions to an AI assistant (e.g., how to find a doctor, open a bank account, etc.)
• Join and organize local events
• Promote small immigrant-owned businesses
• Connect via private chat and build community

• Backend: FastAPI, MySQL, Docker, AWS
• Frontend: Next.js + Tailwind (optional to expand into mobile later)

• Someone ready to take ownership of the tech direction
• Strong experience in backend or full-stack development (Python preferred)
• Passion for building real-world products with social impact
• Willingness to join as a co-founder with equity (no salary at MVP stage)

You’ll work directly with the founder and help shape the core of the product, team, and tech.
