What is Pioneers

Pioneers is a pre-seed venture program backing founders before the startup exists. We invest in people, not pitch decks, and provide the resources and guidance needed to thrive. Our goal is to help founders build fast and launch strong. We’re technical, product-driven, and obsessed with helping bold founders turn big ideas into real ventures.

What to Expect

Over an intense 3-month sprint in Paris , you’ll team up with other exceptional builders, identify a real-world problem, and launch your MVP. You’ll work side by side with mentors, product experts, and investors, and pitch for funding at the end.

Top teams receive €100,000 for 7% equity and join our 3-month acceleration . You’ll also benefit from 3 additional months of support through our extended founder programs.

We offer an optional two-month bootcamp in Silicon Valley, opening doors to unparalleled market size, investor access, and global scale.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a technical founder who loves to build, someone who spots real-world problems and can imagine, shape, and deliver impactful solutions through product. You’re a doer. A builder. You move fast, test ideas quickly, and focus on making things real.

Lead MVP development - own the full stack from day one

Design system architecture - scalable, testable, and fast

Build with modern tools - React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, TypeScript, etc.

Work closely with product & design to shape the user experience

Pitch alongside your team to investors and mentors

How It Works

01. Meet your co-founder

Spend 8 weeks with 30 handpicked pioneers, top technical and business talent from across Europe. Through masterclasses, workshops, and informal meets , you’ll connect, team up, and start shaping your idea.

02. Build. Ship. Repeat.

Once you’ve found your teammate and your idea gains traction, you’ll enter a 1-month sprint to: build your MVP, test with real users, land your first client. This phase is all about execution, no events, just product and GTM.

Top teams receive €100,000 for 7% , join a 3-month acceleration , and get fast-tracked to our Silicon Valley bootcamp . You’ll close with a Demo Day in front of 100+ top investors.
