About The Role
You will work within the CRM team and support the CRM Manager across the full lead and customer lifecycle. You will help develop AI‑powered workflows for smarter, contextual communications.
Responsibilities
- Map and define CRM journeys for inbound leads and customers, identifying moments to deliver relevant content.
- Generate fresh ideas to improve sequences, campaigns, and overall CRM approach.
- Build and manage email campaigns end‑to‑end, including onboarding flows, nurturing sequences, and triggered emails.
- Support ad‑hoc requests from sales to optimize outreach sequences.
- Run A/B tests, analyze results, and translate learnings into concrete improvements.
- Monitor campaign KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion, churn) and produce performance reports.
- Turn one‑shot campaigns into scalable, automated workflows.
- Design and implement AI agents that surface content from regulatory feeds, ESG press, LinkedIn trends, and trigger personalized sequences based on firmographic data.
Qualifications
- Experience with a CRM platform such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Brevo, or Customer.io.
- Copywriting skills: write clear, engaging, conversion‑oriented copy in French and English.
- Strong understanding of email marketing fundamentals: segmentation, personalization, automation, deliverability.
- Hands‑on curiosity with AI tools and workflow automation (prompt engineering, agent building).
- Data literacy: comfortable with KPIs like open rate, CTR, conversion rate, churn; experience using Excel or Google Sheets.
Nice‑to‑Haves
- Basic HTML or experience editing email templates.
- Familiarity with automation workflows (triggered emails, onboarding sequences, lifecycle flows).
- Interest in regulatory environments (CSRD, carbon reporting) or sustainability.
- Prior exposure to a B2B or SaaS environment.
