Greenly was founded in 2019 by Alexis, Matthieu and Arnaud with one mission: make carbon management as essential as financial management .

Today, we are a global leader in carbon accounting , proudly B-Corp certified and part of the French Tech 120. Our climate suite combines smart data collection with intuitive automation, helping companies measure, reduce, and report their emissions with ease — supported at every step by our in-house climate experts.

More than 3,500 companies in 20+ countries use Greenly to manage their climate strategy: from carbon assessments and life‑cycle analyses to SBTi trajectories and compliance with CSRD and CBAM.

We are now a team of 200+ people from 40+ nationalities , based in Paris, London, Barcelona, and New York.

To date, we’ve tracked over 200 million tons of CO₂ through our platform. Our next milestone: 10,000 clients and one billion tons of CO₂ under management .

About the role

Throughout this mission, you will be fully embedded in the CRM team and contribute directly to some of our core chapters, Lead Nurturing, Upsell, and broader Communications, while supporting the CRM Manager across the full lead and customer lifecycle.

At Greenly, we believe the next frontier of CRM isn't just automation, it's intelligence. You'll help us explore and build AI-powered workflows that make our communications sharper, more contextual, and more impactful at scale.

Your missions will include:

Strategy & ideation

In collaboration with the CRM Manager:

  • Map and define CRM journeys for our inbound leads and customers, identifying the right moments to deliver relevant, personalized content
  • Bring fresh ideas and creative concepts to improve our sequences, campaigns, and overall CRM approach

Campaign creation & operations

  • Build and manage email campaigns end-to-end: Create and maintain automated workflows (onboarding flows, nurturing sequences, triggered emails) in collaboration with RevOps and the Product team
  • Support ad hoc requests from Sales (SDRs, Account Managers) to optimize their outreach sequences
