About the role
In a context of strong digital growth, we are seeking to reinforce the Customer Strategy team and are looking for a CRM Campaign Specialist.
The overall responsibility of the CRM Specialist is to drive growth in new customer acquisition, customer retention, loyalty engagement and customer lifetime value.
By implementing data-driven, omnichannel campaigns (Email, WhatsApp, SMS/Messages), managing and orchestrating targeted sampling campaigns, creating and continuously optimizing automation flows, and leveraging insights to continuously improve performance, this role plays a pivotal part in strengthening INITIO’s direct-to-consumer strategy.
Through performance analysis, customer insights, and lifecycle orchestration, the CRM Campaign Specialist contributes to building meaningful, long-term client relationships while maximizing engagement, retention, and brand desirability across all touchpoints.

Role - Specific Skills
- Strong understanding of omnichannel CRM ecosystems (Email, WhatsApp Business, SMS platforms).
- Experience building complex automation workflows and lifecycle journeys.
- Ability to translate business objectives into CRM strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with performance-driven approach.
- Knowledge of loyalty program mechanics and retention strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with E-commerce, Communication and Marketing teams.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English. A third language is a plus.
Desired Background and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM campaign management, preferably in the luxury sector.
