Team Introduction
Creators are at the heart of TikTok’s ecosystem. The Emerging Vertical & Creator Marketing team focuses on accelerating creator ecosystem growth by attracting high-potential creators, supporting scalable creator programs, and strengthening TikTok’s creator supply in France.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short‑term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real‑world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
Key Responsibilities
External Creator Marketing & Outreach
- Contribute to the development of creator-facing messaging for external platforms, ensuring clarity and consistency of the PGC value proposition.
- Execute multi‑channel outreach across social media, creator communities, and partner channels.
- Prepare and adapt campaign materials and messaging assets for different audiences and formats.
Programs & Content Strategy
- Contribute to the development of creator and publisher programs by supporting research, benchmarking, and preparation of strategic materials.
- Assist in the rollout of vertical programs, including coordination, communications, and performance tracking.
- Support the team in identifying priority content formats, emerging creators, and communities through ongoing market and platform analysis.
- Contribute to content strategy development by synthesizing insights, trends, and performance data into actionable recommendations.
- Assist in the execution of content partnerships with creators and publishers (outreach, coordination, follow‑ups).
- Help monitor content quality, diversity, and performance to support a high‑quality and safe ecosystem.
Research, Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Help in conducting research on creator behavior, platform dynamics, and market trends to inform campaign and program decisions.
- Track and monitor key campaign and program metrics (e.g., creator sign‑ups, activation, content output).
- Analyze performance data to identify actionable insights and propose improvements to messaging, programs, and execution.
- Maintain accurate tracking systems, reports, and documentation to support team operations.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Marketing, Creator teams, and external partners to support campaign and program execution.
- Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are executed on time.
- Contribute to day-to-day project operations in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Success in this role will be measured by quality of execution, analytical rigor, and ability to operate with increasing autonomy over time. Top‑performing interns may be considered for full‑time opportunities based on business needs and performance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Communications / Marketing
- Available for a full-time 6‑month internship starting June 2026, based in Paris and able to work on‑site
- Advanced proficiency in French and working proficiency in English
- Strong interest in content platforms and creator ecosystems, with the ability to think from creator and user perspectives
- Strong communication and analytical skills, including spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel)
- Familiarity with design or presentation tools (PowerPoint, Adobe, or design tools)
- Proactive, execution-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content or operating accounts on major short-video and social platforms.
- Experience in marketing, social media, or campaign-related projects.
- Familiarity with creator trends, online communities, or fandom dynamics.
- A good visual and design sense (helpful for promotional page layouts) is a strong plus
