CREATIVE PROJECT ARCHITECT

As part of its development, AW² is looking to recruit a Creative Project Architect or interior designer . 5‑7 years of minimum experience in architectural firms, working on high‑end hotel and residential projects. Revit skills required, along with agility in design software and AI‑based tools. Fluency in English required (international projects). Available immediately to join the AW² team in Paris.

The Creative Project Architect manages several projects simultaneously, of different types and sizes, whether or not they are in the same geographical area. He/she is responsible for the development and production of all phases of the project, from design to execution plans, if necessary. The Creative Project Architect is responsible for project scheduling, the quality of deliverables shared with clients and internal teams, and for monitoring time allocation across projects.

The position also includes participation in feasibility studies and competition project studios.

Qualities and qualifications

• Architect or interior designer, with at least 5 years of experience in architectural firms, working on international high‑end hospitality and residential projects.
• Strong and proven creative and design skills.
• Demonstrates a genuine passion for architecture and interior design, with a solid artistic background.
• Ability to develop and present a creative concept: capable of expressing ideas and intentions through sketches.
• Shows keen interest in architectural and interior details as well as furniture, with a strong willingness to immerse oneself in the agency’s DNA.
• Software: Revit, Enscape, Rhino, D5.
• Mastery of the Adobe and Microsoft Office suites to create presentations.
• Professional English speaker.
• Project management experience.
