To strengthen this ambition, we are looking for a Craft Manager France to develop and grow the Les Maltiers brand in France and beyond.
Your role
As Craft Manager France, you are fully accountable for the commercial performance, brand development and market positioning of Les Maltiers .
Your mission is to grow sales volume, margin and brand value , both in the French market and in selected export markets. You are the external and internal main point of contact related to our French craft business.
What you will do
- Develop and execute the France craft strategy , together with the Group Craft Manager
- Drive sales growth and customer development through frequent customer interaction and distributor management
- Shape and execute the marketing & communication strategy , including brand positioning, advertising and (social media) communication
- You represent Les Maltiers at trade fairs, internal meetings and industry events
- Define and manage the product and service portfolio for the Les Maltiers brand
- Ensure smooth order execution, logistics follow‑up while maintaining quality standards , in close cooperation with our operations, logistics and quality teams
- Lead the development and daily management of the craft webshop and CRM for France
- Manage budgets and report on commercial and brand performance
- Act as a trusted partner for customers on technical support and troubleshooting , together with internal experts
- A commercially driven professional with at least 5 years of experience in the brewing, beer, wine & spirits or broader beverage industry
- Strong brewing knowledge or a relevant brewing‑related qualification (essential)
- Proven experience in sales strategy, marketing and customer relationship management
- You combine strategic thinking with a hand‑on, entrepreneurial attitude to translate our strategy into concrete actions
- Fluent in French and English (Spanish and/or Italian are a plus)
- Experience with CRM tools and business software; webshop and social media exposure is a plus
- Based in France, willing to travel nationally and occasionally internationally
- A role with end‑to‑end commercial responsibility and real impact on brand and business growth
