This is a remote position based anywhere in France. The role requires regular travel to customers across the country to ensure strong client relationships and market presence.

About the role

As our new Country Manager & Sales Director, France , you will lead and further expand Trimco’s commercial footprint in the French market. You will own the market strategy, drive business development, strengthen relationships with key clients, and build a high‑performing local team.

You will collaborate closely with international sales, marketing, and production teams across Trimco’s global organization to ensure a coordinated, customer‑centric approach.

Your key responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Market Development

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy for the French market
  • Own the P&L and drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities
  • Increase adoption of Trimco’s full product and solution portfolio across key clients
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to guide strategic decisions

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with brands and retailers
  • Support strategic account development and strengthen client partnerships
  • Position Trimco as a trusted, value‑adding partner in the market
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver solutions that support client needs and growth
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the local sales and back‑office teams
  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure strong coordination between local operations and Trimco’s global functions

What we are looking for

  • Solid experience in sales leadership within fashion, retail, branding, or supply‑chain-related industries
  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth and managing key accounts
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience growing high‑performing teams
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on, execution‑oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Fluent in French and English
