Job Overview
Intern – Market Expansion Italy (Paris office, hybrid). The role starts immediately and lasts 5–6 months. You will work alongside the founders and a dedicated team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the charge for SOVA in Italy, acting as the operational engine behind our expansion.
- Build and grow the Italian presence from the ground up, partnering closely with the Country Manager.
- Define how we win in Italy—build processes where none exist, test new acquisition channels, and iterate at high speed.
- Own the full development of the market, focusing on digital growth and e‑commerce across all key business areas.
- Bridge the gap between high‑level strategy and daily operations, ensuring execution aligns with objectives.
- Develop a tailored expansion strategy, identify efficient levers for rapid e‑commerce scaling.
- Run the execution and monitoring of diverse acquisition channels, with an initial focus on Meta Ads and performance marketing.
- Explore and test alternative growth drivers such as B2B2C health‑professional partnerships and performance‑driven influencer campaigns.
- Optimize the conversion funnel to maximize ROI and reduce CAC.
- Lead end‑to‑end localisation of the customer journey—website copy, landing pages, CRM flows—adapted to the Italian market.
- Manage the Italian e‑commerce calendar, aligning local launches and promotions with global brand priorities.
- Monitor key e‑commerce metrics (LTV, ROAS, CR), provide detailed reporting, and conduct continuous market research and competitor benchmarking.
Qualifications
- Master’s student (or recently graduated) looking for an internship with real ownership.
- Highly entrepreneurial, autonomous, and solution‑oriented—identifies what needs to be done and acts without waiting for a to‑do list.
- Prior experience in growth, digital marketing, or e‑commerce.
- Strong understanding of digital channels and eagerness to dive into Ads marketing.
- Analytical, data‑driven with a hacker mindset—mastery of tracking, attribution, and conversion optimisation.
- Versatile and resourceful, capable of switching from strategic brainstorming to operational troubleshooting.
- Passion for women’s health and motivation to improve wellness through high‑quality, digital‑first solutions.
- Fluency in Italian and English (French knowledge a plus).
