As Country Manager – French Market, you’ll play a key role in driving Jotelulu’s growth in one of our most strategic regions. Your mission will be to position our cloud platform as the go-to solution for IT companies in France, expanding our market presence, driving revenue, and strengthening our partner-first model. You’ll represent Jotelulu locally while aligning with our global vision of simplifying the Cloud for IT companies.

You’ll lead a local team composed of sales and go-to-market profiles (KAMs, TAMs, SDRs, and Marketing Specialists), combining execution with strategic leadership. You’ll be responsible for building, coaching, and scaling a high-performing team, ensuring alignment, accountability, and consistent results while fostering a culture based on our core values: Joy, Ownership, Trust, and Effectiveness (J.O.T.E.).

Collaboration will be essential. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure a unified go-to-market strategy. You’ll also partner directly with the Executive Team, contributing to strategic decisions, market expansion plans, and overall business performance across Europe and Latin America.

Requirements that are important for us

We are looking for a senior commercial leader with strong experience in the Cloud, IT, or SaaS industry, capable of driving business growth in the French market. The ideal candidate brings a combination of strategic vision and execution excellence.

Relevant experience and expected outcomes

  • Leading sales or business development initiatives in B2B, SaaS, or Cloud environments, with a proven track record of revenue growth.
  • Strong experience in the French market, with an established network of partners such as MSPs, ISVs, and distributors.
  • Driving go-to-market strategies and scaling partner-led growth models.
  • Managing full sales cycles, from pipeline generation to deal closing and forecasting.
  • Building and executing country-level business plans aligned with global objectives.

  • Strong leadership capabilities, with experience hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in fast‑growing environments.

  • CRM & Sales Tracking tools (e.g., Salesforce), managing pipelines, forecasting, and performance.
  • Project and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams), ensuring alignment and execution.
  • Analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel), supporting data‑driven decisions.
  • Marketing coordination tools (e.g., HubSpot), aligning campaigns and partner initiatives.
