Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Channel Strategy & Strategic Initiatives Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.

Who You Are

We are looking for an experienced and highly versatile Channel Strategy & Strategic Initiatives Manager to join our Commercial Strategy team.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Strategy , this role combines ownership of channel strategy and commercial enablement with a broader strategic partner role , supporting day-to-day priorities, cross-functional coordination, and ad-hoc strategic initiatives across the Connectivity Business Unit.

She/He will work cross-functionally with Commercial Management, Pricing, Sales, Marketing and Product. The scope includes fixed and mobility connectivity solutions in sectors such as aviation, maritime, enterprise, mobile backhaul, and government.

This is a high-impact role with responsibility for scaling revenues, shaping market positioning, partner ecosystems, and enabling long-term growth for Eutelsat’s connectivity services.

What You’ll Do

Channel Strategy & Indirect Sales Models

  • Define and structure the global channel and partner strategy across priority markets and segments.
  • Design and optimize indirect sales models, including partner tiering, coverage rules, and roles & responsibilities.
  • Develop partner incentive frameworks aligned with growth and profitability objectives.
  • Support the scaling of partner ecosystems in close coordination with Sales and Business Development teams.
  • Build and maintain commercial playbooks by segment, vertical, and route-to-market (direct / indirect).
  • Translate pricing rules and commercial policies into clear, actionable sales frameworks, in coordination with Pricing, Commercial Management, and Finance teams.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement tools (battlecards, ROI calculators, deal support materials).
  • Ensure strong alignment between commercial strategy, product positioning, and field execution.
  • Pricing & Deal Support (in coordination with existing teams)
  • Contribute to the evolution of pricing frameworks and discounting guidelines
  • Support strategic deals by providing deal economics, structuring recommendations, and value-based selling guidance.
  • Leverage performance insights to continuously improve deal quality, win-rates, and commercial discipline.

Strategic Support & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as a trusted partner to the Senior Director, Commercial Strategy, supporting day-to-day priorities and execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Take ownership of cross-functional, ad-hoc strategic initiatives, from problem framing to execution and delivery.
  • Prepare executive-level materials, strategic recommendations, and decision notes for senior management and board discussions.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment, momentum, and execution.

What You’ll Need

Experience & Background

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, sales enablement, channel strategy, pricing, revenue operations, or related roles, ideally within telecoms, satellite, connectivity, or B2B technology environments.
  • Proven experience working with indirect sales models and partner ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in broad, cross-functional roles combining strategy, execution, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong exposure to commercial performance, pricing, and deal economics in complex environments.

Education

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate ambiguity into structured, actionable outcomes, with a keen understanding of the satellite connectivity.
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership beyond formal scope.
  • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen and execution mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level storytelling.
  • Fluent in English; French is a strong advantage.
