Your Role

We are looking for a Pricing & Costing Analyst.

The Costing & Pricing Analyst is responsible for the operational preparation of costings and pricings for the key clients of the Inflight Catering business, in collaboration with the Global Account Directors.

They ensure the reliability of calculations, compliance with applicable contractual rules and principles, and consistency between proposed prices and the company's profitability objectives.

Your main responsabilities

• Prepare costings for services provided to major clients based on available cost data: Food Cost using the Wincosting tool, Labour Costs and Overheads.
• Build sales prices and margin simulations in line with the objectives defined by management.
• Prepare costing and pricing materials for tenders, annual CPI applications, contract renewals and commercial requests.
• Ensure compliance with the contractual rules and principles applicable to each client, including pricing, indexation, price revisions, scope of services and commercial terms and conditions.
• Update and monitor costs, prices and margins, and analyse key variances and trends.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy and reliability of Costing & Pricing files, databases and tools.
• Work closely with Commercial, Finance, Procurement and Operations teams across the various subsidiaries to collect the necessary data and respond to pricing requests.
• Support local teams and Global Account Directors during major Meal Presentations.
• Train and support local teams on costing and pricing methods, tools and principles, enabling them to independently prepare costings and pricings for their own clients.
