Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer digital transformation and cloud adoption by challenging existing approaches and delivering innovative, modern, and optimized IT solutions
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and gross profit quotas by identifying, prospecting, and converting new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Lead complex negotiations and decision-making processes, overcoming objections to secure new business and expand customer portfolios
  • Analyse and optimise software contract spend and utilisation, recommending cost-effective technology and implementation strategies
  • Build and grow long-term customer and partner relationships using a consultative, question-based approach to deliver tailored solutions across the full technology lifecycle (Plan, Migrate, Deploy, Support)
  • Support marketing initiatives including events, campaigns, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and local market presence
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting aligned with targets and maintain clear pipeline visibility
  • Manage end-to-end customer transactions, including communication, order processing, and reporting
  • Develop strong expertise in technology services, licensing, and negotiation, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and partners
  • Act as a field resource for customers and partners on industry-leading volume licensing solutions

Job Requirements

  • Professional sales experience in high-tech or service‑related industry with preferred successful software sales.
  • Experience in Solution Selling techniques and strong account management.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas.
  • Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C‑level executives.
  • Highly motivated and results oriented.
  • Strong presentation, communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Solid problem solving and consultative skills required.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced team sales environment with minimum supervision.
