Job Description
The Corporate Communication Department of Accor is looking for an intern to assist the Digital Communications team in creating strategic 360° editorial and audiovisual content for both internal and external channels.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to drafting editorial and creative briefs for external agencies
- Assist in ideation and production of content (articles, videos, motion design, podcasts, etc.)
- Track production and post-production timelines
- Coordinate projects and manage approval processes with various internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to publishing content (text, images, videos) on the corporate website, accor.com and the global intranet
- Support creation and distribution of the monthly newsletter
- Monitor, analyze, and present KPIs (website, newsletter, intranet and audiovisual content)
Learning Objectives
- Communication planning and content creation across multiple formats and platforms
- Global project management in collaboration with various departments in an international environment, including performance monitoring and KPI reporting
- Multichannel communication and storytellingMastery of tools such as Asana, Tableau, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite, and website CMS
- Project management, time and priority management, attention to detail, organizational skills, teamwork, proactiveness, and autonomy

Qualifications
- Currently obtaining a Master's diploma in Communication or Marketing
- Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
- Strong interest in writing, design, and web content creation
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Creative, proactive, autonomous, and curious
Preferred Qualifications
- First experience in Communication or Digital is a plus
- Interest in the travel and hospitality industry and in digital
- Interest in learning project management skills
