The role
Corporate Accounts Sales Operations Specialist France
In this role you will work within a dynamic team of Sales Operations Specialists in Paris and duties will include:
- Contact with assigned existing customer portfolio (Major Enterprise Accounts) on a daily basis.
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction relationship with existing customers.
- Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer and partner requests.
- Provide licensing support as needed in conjunction with supporting teams.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders such as Account Managers / Finance / BackOffice / Procurement…
- Drive resolution of escalations by working with customers, account teams and internal support teams.
- Develop strong knowledge of leading industry trends through ongoing training and partnership with software publishers.
What we need to see from you
- Expert in: Support the sales team and help them to gain, keep and grow our customers; Maintain and promote good client relations; Monitor and Analyze sales targets and records.
- Expert in: Focus on delivery; efficiently manages time, priorities and daily workload. Organizing work; Multitasking and time management; Handle large volumes of work and meet tight deadlines.
- Expert in: Relationship building; Verbal and written communication; Problem solving; Work independently and show initiative; maintain a positive attitude; adapt to and embrace change in a rapidly changing environment.
- Expert in: Operational policies, processes and procedures; researching information; planning, scheduling.
- 5+ years professional sales operations, sales support, or customer service experience preferred.
- Proficient in English language skills.
- Highly motivated and results oriented; entrepreneurial spirit.
- Detail oriented with ability to break down projects into smaller tasks.
- High understanding of technology solutions
