Airbus Helicopters is looking for an IM Project Leader Scrum Master (f/m) to join the IM Domain Industry. The position is located in Marignane, France, and offers an opportunity to shape the future of aeronautics and help protect lives during missions.
Job Description
You will be part of a team driving the Industrial Projects Roadmap, involved in strategic discussions around IT architecture and solution definition, and leading exciting projects independently.
Responsibilities
- Project execution: coordinate and lead worldwide projects alongside the Operations 2030+ roadmap, on time, on cost and on quality.
- Solution definition: translate industry requirements into technical specifications and a clear value proposition.
- Solution architecture: propose solutions in line with enterprise strategies, leading‑edge ambitions, simplification and best value for money.
- Stakeholder management: build a trustful stakeholder network and implement a consensus and compromise mindset in a complex environment.
- Risk & compliance management: identify and mitigate industry‑specific risks such as regulatory compliance, cyber resilience, operational safety, obsolescence, and more.
Profile Requirements
- Hybrid project management: expertise in leveraging Agile frameworks combined with classical planning and budgeting.
- Industry process expertise: ability to translate operational industry challenges into viable IT requirements; industry experience is appreciated.
- Solution architecture acumen: foundational knowledge of system integration and technical feasibility within industrial environments.
- Stakeholder communication: mastery in managing business expectations and securing formal solution acceptance.
- Dependency resolution: strong analytical skills to proactively remove systemic roadblocks and program‑level impediments.
