IM Project Leader Scrum Master (f/m)

Based in Marignane, France – part of Airbus Helicopters' 3rd largest industrial site, near Marseille and Aix‑en‑Provence, currently undergoing a transformation toward a high‑tech, inclusive, and environmentally friendly environment.

Future Missions

You will be part of a team driving the Industrial Projects Roadmap, involved in strategic discussions around IT architecture and solution definition, and leading exciting projects independently. The purpose is to develop innovative, leading‑edge solutions, driving production and assembly teams to maximum efficiency and excellence.

Challenges

  • Project execution – coordinate and lead worldwide projects alongside Operations2030+ roadmap, on time, on cost and on quality.
  • Solution definition – translate industry requirements into technical specifications and a clear value proposition.
  • Solution architecture – propose solutions aligned with enterprise strategies, leading‑edge ambitions, simplification and best value for money.
  • Stakeholder management – build a trustful network and implement consensus and compromise in a complex environment.
  • Risk & compliance – identify and mitigate industry‑specific risks (regulatory compliance, cyber resilience, operational safety, obsolescence, etc.).

Profile

  • Hybrid project management – expertise in Agile frameworks combined with classical planning and budgeting.
  • Industry process expertise – ability to translate operational challenges into viable IT requirements (industry experience appreciated).
  • Solution architecture acumen – foundational knowledge of system integration and technical feasibility within industrial environments.
  • Stakeholder communication – mastery in managing expectations and securing formal solution acceptance.
  • Dependency resolution – strong analytical skills to proactively remove systemic roadblocks and program‑level impediments.
