Role Description
Copaco has the ambition to expand inside the European market. Therefore Copaco is seeking an ambitious Channel Sales Manager for the French market.
This role entains expanding Copaco’s presence in the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) space by enabling partners to leverage Copaco’s future-proof cloud environment. Your responsibility is to build and maintain strong long-term relationships with channel partners, driving sales opportunities within the CSP ecosystem, creating and executing effective sales and marketing strategies, and working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives. This position also involves identifying new business opportunities, overseeing partner training, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support within the French Market.
You will act as the main point of contact for resellers, guiding them through onboarding, enablement, and business development activities. This is a full-time remote role within the French market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new Microsoft CSP partners within the local market
- Build strong, long-term relationships with resellers to support their growth and success
- Guide partners through onboarding and enablement on to Copaco’s cloud platform
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, support) to deliver a seamless partner experience
- Build and maintain relationships within the local Microsoft organization.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for Microsoft CSP solutions
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Stay up to date on Microsoft’s offerings and partner programs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the French IT channel, ideally within the cloud services sector
- Strong understanding of Microsoft CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) programs and offerings
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, onboard, and manage reseller or partner accounts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self starter, ambitious, intrinsic motivation and goal-oriented,
- Track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets
- Fluent in English and French, living in France.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
