Responsibilities

• Apply QHSE regulations related to the role.
• Collect and consolidate information from commercial, production, stock status, and logistic capacity sources.
• Adjust and regulate constraints of removal programme and manufacturing cadences based on stock levels.
• Anticipate and adapt logistics programmes, conduct organisational changes.
• Supervise internal and external material flow management and product movement; ensure physical stock control.
• Exploit IT tools to optimise logistic activity management: AIC, KPIs, dashboards, incident sheets.
• Manage documentation in the competence zone: operating procedures, technical documentation, follow‑up action sheets.
• Cross‑check information from GPAO and physical stock data.
• Validate accuracy of daily information and reports to support financial closings.
• Lead improvement projects and investments for which you are responsible.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, production, safety, quality, hygiene, and environmental management.
• Knowledge of ERP and GPAO systems.
• Teamwork skills and strong interpersonal aptitude.
• Autonomy, rigor, and reactivity.
