Your Impact

• Support the management of physical and information flows related to logistics operations.
• Coordinate logistics activities between headquarters, logistics sites, customers, and suppliers.
• Organize appropriate transportation solutions according to order requirements.
• Assist in monitoring approved transport providers and contribute to rate follow-up.
• Follow transportation plans in collaboration with carriers.
• Monitor transportation costs and report any discrepancies.
• Support shipping, receiving, and warehousing operations.
• Contribute to the monitoring of transport and logistics KPIs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.
• Provide support on customs-related topics when necessary.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and 5S standards.
• Apply quality procedures and operational guidelines in daily activities.

Your Assets

• Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Professional level in both French and English is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of ERP / TMS / WMS systems.
• Basic understanding of transportation and customs regulations.
• Strong communication and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and team‑oriented.

Eligibility

First experience in logistics or transportation is required.
