Context
We are looking for a rigorous, versatile, and highly organized Chief of Staff (Coo) to work directly with the Chief Operating Officer and support the company’s operational execution, internal structuring, and cross‑functional coordination. This is a highly transversal role, ideal for someone who enjoys moving projects forward, structuring processes, following execution, and acting as a key connector between multiple stakeholders (operations, finance, field teams, communication, and leadership). The intern will gain direct exposure to top management, strategic priorities, and the day‑to‑day operational challenges of a fast‑growing quantum technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Coordinate and track cross‑functional projects (planning, priorities, deliverables, reporting).
- Prepare dashboards, summaries, and documentation to support decision‑making.
- Monitor and coordinate facilities‑related topics (offices, service providers, operational needs).
- Anticipate operational and logistical needs in a fast‑growing environment.
- Support the coordination and execution of communication and marketing initiatives.
- Help structure workflows, timelines, and operational processes related to marketing activities.
- Act as a liaison between operational teams and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
Must‑have
- Master’s student in Business, Engineering, Public Policy, or equivalent. This position is only valid with an Internship Agreement.
- Strong interest in startups, scale‑ups, or entrepreneurial environments, ideally in the quantum or deep‑tech domain.
- Excellent organizational, structuring, and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable working with documentation and collaboration tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
Nice to have
- Strong autonomy, proactivity, and sense of ownership.
- Previous experience in a startup, consulting, operations, or project coordination role.
