• Providing financial reports including analysis finance performance and providing the presentation for management to present corporate and board meetings.
• Assist with preparation of end of month accounts, via posting of journals, input of expenditure accruals and reconciliations SAP FICO module and Hyperion.
• Analysis Gross profit margin by product vs standard cost and Budget
• Monitoring and Analyse product cost variance per standard cost concept, activity cost, yield on each job order, scrap cost, price variance
• Define and built a plant reporting monthly datasheet by using SAP standard report.
• Leading the annual STD Cost process, manage standard activity rates calculation
• Providing simulation costs for new products and pricing strategies setting selling price.
• Drive and Coordinate with the team the overall cost reduction program.
• Lead of rolling monthly forecast and annual budget, coordinating with relevant department and consolidation profit & loss
• Propose and support new ERP during set-up of the system to Cost Controller manager to make decision.
• Team member for project business change, cost center change, new costing concept.**Qualifications**
• 6
• 10 years experiences as a manufacturing controller and cost management , preferably in a high-volume production environment
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting/Financial
• Up-to-date knowledge of cost controlling and budget analysis theory and practices.
• Managerial & Communications skills
• Good computer skills in MS Offices (especially advance level, Power BI, Marco)
• Accounting rules and knowledge of SAP costing and ERP experience* ## Knowledge in FI Module, Accounting functional with cost controlling
