The Aerospace Business Unit takes care of everything related to Aerospace applications. This includes Sales, Manufacturing, Business Development, and creating new products and processes.
As Business Controlling Manager, reporting to the Cluster Controller Aeroengine Europe & Balls Factories, you will act as a trusted business partner to factory management, driving financial performance and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a finance business partner to Factory Management, providing KPIs and insights to drive performance.
- Drive profitability and asset efficiency through cost optimization, working capital improvement, and margin initiatives.
- Lead planning and budgeting, ensuring realistic targets supported by clear action plans and risk visibility.
- Monitor performance, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.
- Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with SKF Internal Control policies.
- Own cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and month end closing.
- Support transformation, investments, new business quotations, and audits.
- Manage and develop a small local controlling team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
