Contract On-Site IT Field Support Specialist

TECEZE is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist (backfill or freelancer) to provide hands-on technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable. You will handle desktop/laptop issues, hardware maintenance, and software support on Windows and Mac platforms in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include imaging devices, printer setups, AV support for meetings, and VIP end-user service. The role requires strong communication and the ability to coordinate with vendors and track IT
