TECEZE is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable or during dispatch activity. You will handle desktop/laptop support, hardware/software installs, imaging, AV support, and VIP end-user service in a dynamic environment.
You will also support Office 365, printer setups, basic networking (DHCP/DNS/LAN), and inventory management, coordinating with vendors while maintaining SLAs and knowledge-base documentation.
