Contracts Engineer – Client O&G Operator

Based in Paris (or alternatively in London at EPC office or in Cairo at Egyptian LNG).

Duration: 6 months minimum. Start date: mid‑May 2026.

The role involves contract management for a FEED and subsequent EPC roll‑over for a regasification unit at an IDKU LNG plant in Egypt, in collaboration with Shell and Petrojet. The Contracts Engineer reports to the project control manager and will be responsible for ensuring the EPC company fulfills its obligations according to the FEED contract, as well as contributing to the preparation and negotiation of the EPC contract.

About the Client

Our client is a shareholder of IDKU, an LNG plant in Egypt, alongside Shell, PETRONAS, and EGAS/EGPC.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the EPC Company fulfills its obligations as per the FEED contract.
• Contribute to the preparation and negotiation of the EPC contract: instruction to tender, offer analysis, contract terms clarifications and negotiations.
