Content Manager (F/M)
About the Role
We're looking for our first Inbound Content Manager to build Modjo's content engine from the ground up. You'll own the full content cycle — we are looking for someone who can think strategically, tailor content to specific audiences, bring assets to life, and drive their activation. The marketing stack you’ll use: Modjo, HubSpot, Webflow, Figma, Semrush, Notion, and Gemini/Dust.
1 - Define and own Modjo's inbound content strategy
- Build a content strategy rooted in Modjo's core ICPs and personas.
- Define the content mapping: what content, for which buyer profile, at which stage of their buying journey.
- Own the editorial calendar across all formats: blog, newsletter, LinkedIn, gated content.
- Guarantee consistency in voice, tone, and editorial angles across everything Modjo publishes.
2- Produce content that earns attention
Create the assets that make Modjo worth paying attention to:
- Customer Stories: Interview customers, structure narratives that prove Modjo's impact in the real world, adapt stories for different verticals or company profiles.
- Webinars: Design topics that attract the right accounts, orchestrate the format, handle production — events worth attending.
- Ebooks & Guides: Structure an argument, write with clarity, package knowledge in formats worth downloading.
What matters here: editorial quality. Content that's genuinely useful, not content that checks a box.
3 - Put content to work
The content you produce shouldn't sit in a folder. It should move accounts.
- Marketing channels: LinkedIn or blog, use the assets you've built to feed a consistent content presence that drives engagement and brings qualified traffic.
- Work with Demand Gen: Supply the right content for ads, email campaigns and nurturing sequences aimed at specific accounts.
- Own the KPIs: Beyond tracking 'what works,' you’ll analyze the drivers of engagement for each audience segment, identifying winning patterns to optimize and scale our content strategy.
The central question you'll answer: Is this content moving accounts forward?
4 - Scale production with AI
- Use AI to produce more — without producing less carefully.
- Personalize one asset for multiple audiences without rebuilding it from scratch.
- Test and implement the best AI tools: scriptwriting, video generation, localization, subtitling.
Success After 12 Months Means
- A library of Customer Stories covering Modjo's priority verticals and buyer profiles.
- Webinars that attract the right accounts — and that we can measure.
- Gated content (ebooks, guides) generating qualified leads.
- A consistent, regular LinkedIn presence tied to substantial assets.
- Smooth collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Account managers teams: content is used, not stored.
Who You Are
- You have minimum 3–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing.
- You're comfortable with sales, RevOps, SaaS, or go-to-market topics— or genuinely curious to master them.
- You're a doer with a strategic mindset.
- You know how to adapt a message for different buyer profiles — not just produce generic content.
- You understand how content fits into a marketing workflow (marketing automation, email sequences) — you don't need to be technical, but you know how the pieces connect.
- You measure what you produce — and change course when something doesn't work.
- You want to build, not inherit — "from scratch" doesn't scare you.
- You use AI as leverage, not as a crutch.
- You are fluent in English and French.
- You are comfortable with design and basic video editing.
Why This Role Matters
Content is the first conversation Modjo has with an account — before a salesperson ever picks up the phone.
As our first Inbound Content Manager, you'll define what that conversation sounds like, and whether it's worth continuing.
The difference between a company that creates content and a company that uses content to grow is this role.
You'll Have the Chance To
- Build Modjo's content library from zero — and see every asset put to real use.
- Work directly with customers to co-create Customer Stories that matter.
- Experiment freely with formats and AI tools.
