Consultant or Project Leader, Aerospace & Defense

As a Project Leader within BCG's Industrial Goods Practice, your primary responsibilities include:

• Supporting growth of our Industrial goods practice through case execution, client development, and intellectual property & product creation
• Executing or providing expertise on projects within the industrial goods branches for key clients in Aerospace & Defense industries in Paris
• Working jointly with BCG and client project teams, bringing expertise to the team and to the client on site
• Leading project workstreams and a small team of consultants
• Providing intellectual leadership for the project teams by generating key ideas and conceptual frameworks to guide research and analysis
• Contributing to the creation of BCG's intellectual capital on different topics within the material and process industries: innovation, publications, toolkits, benchmarks, templates, processes, position papers, studies, and insights from case experience

What You'll Bring

• At least 7 years of experience working in diverse projects in the Aerospace & Defense area with a track record of team leadership and related achievements
• Deep knowledge and understanding of at least one of the following industries: Aerospace & Defense industries (Military services, International Defense organizations,...)
• Experience in Tech/Digital/AI in industrial goods projects is appreciated
• Experience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda
• Interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations
• Collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards and international experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, plus strong presence and leadership skills
