As part of a permanent contract, within the Leather Goods Development team, reporting to the Department Manager, you will ensure the successful industrial execution of the Artistic Direction's projects for the leather goods collections. You will participate in project management and coordination. You will work closely with various teams: design, product development, marketing, production, etc., to ensure product consistency and quality, while respecting deadlines, technical and operational constraints, and budgets.

Design Project Coordination

• Oversee the manufacturing process for leather goods collections, from initial design to final production.
• Organize and lead project monitoring meetings with internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure effective communication between the various departments (design, development, production, marketing, etc.).

Product Development

• Collaborate with designers, material sources, and production to develop/identify innovative and creative concepts that meet market trends and customer expectations.
• Participate in the selection of materials, colors, finishes, and accessories.
• Monitor the development of prototypes and samples, ensuring compliance with technical and aesthetic specifications.
• Maintain a constant watch on market trends, design innovations, and new technologies.

Quality Management

• Ensure product compliance with the brand's and LVMH Group's quality standards and requirements.
• Perform quality controls (aesthetic and technical) throughout the development and production process.
• Identify and resolve quality issues in collaboration with production teams and suppliers.

Deadline and Budget Management

• Establish and monitor collection development and production schedules.
• Manage budgets allocated to design projects, ensuring cost optimization without compromising quality.
• Negotiate deadlines and costs with suppliers and service providers.

Profilo

• Fluency in English, Italian, and French (written and spoken) REQUIRED.
• Strong interest in fashion products, particularly leather goods, and production issues.
• Graduated from a Fashion School, in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.
• Significant prior experience of at least 7 years in a Fashion and Leather Goods or Leather Goods House, in a coordination or project management role.
• In-depth knowledge of the different types of leather, textiles, and accessories used in leather goods.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and priority management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage relationships with internal and external partners.
