Position Overview

Marketing Expert – responsible for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing consultants and sales representatives. The role focuses on data-driven decisions, creative campaign design, and performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market and consumer data from the internal first consumer database in France.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of brand clients, working with sales teams.
• Design 360° marketing campaigns addressing client objectives such as recruiting shoppers, engaging them, increasing market share or brand awareness, and supporting new product innovations.
• Ensure achievement of client KPI targets for each campaign with cross‑functional support (studies, operations).
• Present performance reports and actionable marketing insights to clients.
• Contribute to the service’s dynamic by gradually taking on across‑functional projects.

Qualifications

• Passion for marketing and data, with strong analytical skills.
• Experience or deep knowledge of the consumer goods industry.
• Familiarity with digital innovations and consumer insights.
• Proactive, autonomous, rigorous and agile in project execution.
• Team‑orientated mindset and commitment to inclusive collaboration.

Employment Details

• Location: Boulogne‑Billancourt (Marcel Sembat).
• Contract: Permanent (CDI).
• Teleworking: Up to 3 days per week.
