Your Missions

• Shape Client Strategy: co‑create and refine strategic vision, Target Operating Models (TOM).
• Deliver End‑to‑End Business Solutions: design and implement comprehensive solutions for complex challenges.
• Conduct Transformational Projects: define governance and manage large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and outcomes.
• Conduct Deep‑Dive Business Analysis: perform diagnostics, gap analysis, and opportunity identification.
• Propose New Business Models: build business cases for launching new products and services.
• Support clients through ideation, design, and launch phases, driving innovation.
• Deploy methodologies and initiatives: strengthen operational value chain and deliver measurable improvements.
• Leverage and expand industry expertise: guide clients through regulatory compliance, digital transformation, and operational efficiency.

Your Profile

• Education: Master’s degree from a top‑ranking business or engineering school, or university.
• Experience: 1–3 years in a consulting, audit firm or major financial sector player.
• Expertise: Financial services (Private Banking, Asset Management or Asset Servicing) with deep understanding of market trends, regulatory frameworks, digital/innovation initiatives, and operational strategy.
• Soft skills: Detail‑oriented, highly organized, strong interpersonal skills, adaptable to various situations.
• Communication & Adaptability: Excellent writing skills in French and English.
