Position: First-Line Supervisors of Construction Trades and Extraction Workers

Role Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the activities of construction trades and extraction workers across multiple projects.
• Interpret project plans, specifications, and work schedules to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
• Monitor work progress and enforce safety protocols while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
• Identify and resolve work issues while recommending improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and team members through reports and updates.
• Oversee the allocation of materials, tools, and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
• Track performance metrics and prepare progress reports for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong years of experience as a First-Line Supervisor in construction trades or extraction work.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote team coordination.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate diverse teams effectively.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.
