Contrato
- Supervise and coordinate all contractor activities across mechanical, civil, scaffolding, I&E, and QA/QC disciplines
- Ensure all construction work is executed in compliance with Chevron’s safety, environmental, and technical standards
- Oversee daily field operations, including workshops, fabrication yards, and offshore installations
- Act as the primary point of contact for Chevron Facilities Engineering (FE) representatives, including Construction, Projects, and Engineering and reports to
- Lead planning and scheduling of work activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and resource availability
- Coordinate with commissioning and operations teams to ensure smooth handover and system readiness
- Monitor contractor compliance with safety protocols, technical specifications, and quality standards
- Support audits, inspections, and incident investigations as required
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all field teams
- Maintain accurate records of progress, productivity, and contractor performance
- Provide regular updates to Chevron leadership on field execution status, risks, and
- Support close-out activities, including lessons learned and documentation handover
Perfil
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with strong technical and
- Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary field teams and contractor interfaces.
- Experience in both greenfield and brownfield execution environments, including offshore operations
- Strong ability to lead diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and drive performance.
- Deep understanding of construction disciplines, project controls, and execution workflows.
- Skilled in planning, risk management, and decision-making under pressure.
- Effective communicator with internal stakeholders, contractors, and executive leadership.
- Commitment to SPIE and Chevron’s Operational Excellence Management System , safety culture, and regulatory standards
