Construction Manager

City Clairvaux France. We are hiring a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Clairvaux. As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for planning coordinating and managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans including timelines, budgets and resource allocation
• Oversee all construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Communicate with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to keep the project on track
• Manage project budgets and expenses to ensure profitability
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Hire and manage subcontractors as needed
• Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for each project

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, costs and materials
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month. Accommodation can also be provided if necessary.
