Civil Engineer

As a Civil Engineer and Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Clairvaux. You will use your expertise in engineering principles and project management to plan, design, and construct various structures such as buildings, roads, bridges, and other infrastructure. You will also be in charge of managing budgets, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys to assess project feasibility.
• Create detailed project plans and timelines.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
• Manage project budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure that projects are executed according to specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in construction project management is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, materials and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be working closely with various stakeholders, including clients and team members.

• Proficiency in English is necessary.
• Non-native English speakers are welcome to apply as long as they can communicate effectively in English.
• To work legally in Clairvaux as a foreigner without experience or own visa arrangements you must have a valid work permit or be eligible for sponsorship by an employer.
