Nous recherchons pour notre département Flottes Auto, un conseiller service client en CDD :

Au sein du département Flotte Automobile, vous serez principalement en charge de :

Edition des attestations d’assurance (cartes vertes, attestations diverses),

Mise à jour de nos bases informatiques (saisie des mouvements de véhicules),

Assurer la production des émissions financières et leurs encaissements (pointage des règlements clients, relance sur impayés).

Rédiger des avenants de renouvellement

Répondre aux clients sur les conditions de garantie de leur programme flotte Auto

Formation :

Diplôme Bac+2/3 en assurances.

Autres :

Vous bénéficiez idéalement d’une expérience en gestion technique au sein d'un service Flottes Automobiles,

Vous aimez travailler en équipe et avez le souci de la satisfaction client. Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques.
