Assists a small team of Sales professionals and Support-level professionals with basic daily account management tasks for standard, low-risk accounts.
Prepares routine correspondences for internal use and review and communicates with external and internal stakeholders on standard account queries or developments and to acquire necessary documents for filing or processing.
Enters, revises and updates information and content on account management systems and software.
Ensures all account-specific procedures, contracts, and deliverables are well documented, updated on a regular basis and stored on appropriately.
Assists with annual and ad-hoc event planning initiatives.
Documents satisfaction survey results for internal use and follows up with non-participant accounts to ensure all relationships are accounted for.
Assists with accounting tasks to reconcile Accounts Receivables with account differences.
