Location: Nancy

Position: Conseiller(e) Commercial(e) in the Direction Réseau Commercial et Relations Extérieures.

ACTIVITÉS PRINCIPALES

• Prospect new customers from assigned leads.
• Prepare and conduct telephone sales interviews.
• Participate in commercial campaigns.
• Analyze customer requests, detect needs and propose tailored commercial solutions.
• Execute sales according to national sales procedures.
• Handle post-sales actions to ensure new contract management.
• Participate in commercial campaigns on existing portfolio.
• Advise and inform clients about coverage evolution.
• Report activity and maintain data quality.
• Follow service/ team activity planning.
• Participate in cross‑functional workshops.
• Handle level‑1 client requests and complaints; transfer level‑2 to competent interlocutor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bac+2 in a commercial field (insurance, sales, etc.).
• At least 1 year experience in remote sales or customer relations, preferably in banking/insurance.
• Strong relational skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
• Well organized, able to prioritize, and enjoy teamwork.
• Good mastery of office tools.
