Salary: 25 000€ to 32 000€ brut per year, plus variable up to 4 800€ brut guaranteed first year.

Responsibilities

• Meet prospects and existing members to provide insurance coverage for their assets and family, supporting their projects.
• Conduct prospecting activities to grow a portfolio of private clients.
• Commit to achieving concrete sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Undergo a 4‑month training program combining practice and theory to integrate, expand insurance knowledge, and reach objectives.

Working Hours

Tuesday morning to Saturday noon; two and a half weekend days.
