Job Summary

As part of the Group Compliance Department at RCI Banque, you will lead the oversight of the LCB‑FT risk across several key themes – data protection, anti‑money laundering, corruption prevention, fraud, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Define rules and monitor regulatory developments for LCB‑FT across France, EU, and international jurisdictions.
• Draft internal procedures and standards, and coordinate their operational deployment across group entities.
• Coordinate and support business units and countries with LCB‑FT updates, tools, and project implementations.
• Lead the group‑wide LCB‑FT risk assessment and orchestrate the compliance network of local counterparts.
• Track risk indicators and produce regulatory and annual internal reporting.
• Work with HR to design, launch, and monitor the group training strategy for LCB‑FT.
• Follow up on action plans from controls or audits and promote a compliance culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent, BAC+5.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within a financial or banking institution that operates internationally.
• In depth knowledge of LCB‑FT framework in a financial institution.
• Strong office software skills.
• Project management skills and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, confident, and able to synthesize information.
• Excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Good written and spoken English (score ≥ 750 on TOEIC). Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
