Compensation and HRIS Project Manager

• Develop and maintain a competitive, equitable compensation policy aligned with the company’s business objectives
• Ensure the reliability, simplification, and continuous improvement of HR information systems and their data flows
• Turn HR data into actionable insights to support decision-making, identify risks, and anticipate trends
• Analyze compensation and payroll data, conduct benchmarks, and make recommendations
• Map the HRIS landscape, identify pain points, and lead data quality improvement plans
• Coordinate HRIS and compensation projects with HR, IT, Finance, Sales Performance teams, and external partners
• Secure data exchanges between HR tools and simplify processes
• Explore AI use cases and develop agents or automations
• Support stakeholders as practices evolve

Requirements

• Master’s degree in human resources, from a leading business or engineering school, or in a related field
• Significant experience—ideally at least 8 years—in compensation, HRIS, HR data, or HR project management
• Strong command of HRIS, project management, data analysis, and advanced office productivity tools, particularly Excel and Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously, structure analyses, and turn data into insights that inform decisions
• Independent, reliable, and methodical approach in a fast-changing environment
• Team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable handling confidential HR data, with an interest in AI use cases
• Spoken English
