Business Analyst Intern, Web

• Monitor the digital performance of the website and app
• Produce recurring analyses and dashboards for the various product categories
• Conduct ad hoc studies on user behavior and the performance of customer journeys
• Identify opportunities to improve the user experience and conversion
• Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing digital tracking
• Document measurement requirements and support their implementation
• Participate in testing and validation phases
• Develop and enhance reporting and performance management tools in Looker Studio and Power BI
• Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and track their resolution with technical teams

Requirements

• Good understanding of digital and eCommerce challenges
• Strong, structured analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of a web analytics tool (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, etc.)
• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to present analyses clearly
• Curiosity and a proactive mindset
• Ability to take a step back and formulate recommendations
• Team player
• Compensation: Bac+4/Bac+5 level, as specified in the job posting
