Communications & events project manager (M/F) - CDD

Position on fixed-term contract to replace maternity leave, open to an 80% or 100%, starting date between mid-June and mid-July 2026 until March/April 2027.

As a member of the marketing & communications department, you will help define and implement the agency's global communications strategy. Objective: develop brand awareness, reinforce consistency of message and support sales performance through multi-channel, online and offline actions.

Strategic Communications

  • In liaison with the Marketing and Communications Manager, define the communications strategy, its priorities and key messages.

Events & Partnerships

  • Design and manage our proprietary events (workshops, webinars, afterworks, etc.).
  • Manage budgets allocated to events and ensure financial monitoring of actions (estimates, arbitration, ROI).
  • Organize and coordinate participation in trade shows and events (Tech for Retail, partner shows, etc.).
  • Coordinate communication around these highlights: identity, content, logistics, follow-ups, lead follow-up.
  • Support internal communication in conjunction with the HR department: sharing corporate life, internal events, onboarding.

Editorial Communication & Content

  • Participate in the multi-channel editorial strategy: blog, case studies, white papers, newsletters, etc.
  • Manage content production (in-house or via service providers) to guarantee quality, consistency and deadlines.
  • Help write newsletters and nurturing emails (via Hubspot).

Offline Communication & Brand Awareness

  • Manage regional awareness and visibility campaigns (posters, sponsoring, local partnerships, etc.).
  • Manage press relations and media coverage.
  • Higher education (Bac+2/+5) in communications, marketing or business school.
  • At least 5 years' experience in communications in a digital or e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, creative spirit and strong ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent writing skills (impeccable spelling, storytelling, right tone for each channel).
  • Good digital culture (LLMs, SEO, GEO, social networks, CRM, marketing automation tools).
  • Taste for the field, events and collaborative work.

  • Ability to quickly understand evolving and technological concepts
  • Mastery of digital and traditional communications in this type of environment
  • Imagination, curiosity and autonomy
  • Writing skills
  • Technical skills (SEO, SEA, GEO, newsletters, etc.) appreciated
  • Canva, Figma, Capcut for content creation & design
  • WordPress
  • Social networks (LinkedIn, Meta)
