We are looking for a Communication & Image Coordinator (fixed-term contract of six months ) to support the team across multiple strategic topics including content, PR, social media and cross-department coordination.
This role will help ensure smooth agenda management, project coordination and communication flow between internal teams and external partners during a particularly intense period of activity.
The position requires a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented profile, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring priorities are aligned.
- Prepare meeting briefs, follow-ups and action points.
- Ensure efficient scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
- Cross-Department Coordination.
- Content & Communication Support. Support the coordination of content production across teams.
- Assist with PR, image and social media
- Track deadlines and deliverables for ongoing projects.
- Provide operational support to the content team during high-activity periods.
- Help prepare materials and logistics for external meetings and partnerships.
- Provide support on special projects & celebrity when needed.
- Assist the team on ad-hoc communication or image-related initiatives.
Profil
1–3 years of experience in communication, PR, brand or project coordination (internships included).
Strong organisation and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
