Job Description

As a Commissioning Manager you play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of commissioning activities within construction projects, from planning and execution to quality assurance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead commissioning manager in developing strategic commissioning playbooks and schedules tailored to each project’s specifications.
• Lead and manage commissioning activities, providing guidance and mentorship to the project team.
• Ensure proper resource allocation, coordinating personnel, equipment, and materials to meet project needs.
• Implement robust quality assurance processes to meet client expectations, contractual obligations, and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the commissioning process.
• Maintain and follow health & safety systems and local project requirements, keeping relevant records.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing concerns.
• Leverage technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues, resolve conflicts, and optimize system performance.
• Track and document all commissioning activities, generating reports and maintaining compliance records.
