Overview
Akadémie, the certification arm of La Boite Immo, is seeking a sedentary commercial representative to join our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Prospect actively via phone, email, inbound and outbound channels to promote Akadémie training courses.
- Manage incoming leads interested in our offerings.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Pitch clearly and convincingly, arguing the added value of our training.
- Handle the entire sales cycle: follow‑ups, negotiations, closing, and customer retention.
Qualifications
- Graduate with a BAC+2 to BAC+5 in commerce and at least two years of sales experience.
- Motivated to take the phone and seize opportunities to contact new clients.
- Driven by a genuine challenger spirit, always ready to exceed goals.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and team‑oriented, eager to contribute to a growing company.
Benefits
Full‑time, 100 % sedentary role – 35 hours per week over 4.5 days, no weekend work. Competitive compensation includes a base salary that escalates with performance and an uncapped variable component. A guaranteed 2 100 € gross for the first three months, a participation bonus, and a co‑optation programme with a key bonus are also offered.
