Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of global distribution strategies with key OTA/CTO partners.
• Own and elevate relationships with industry leaders such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Ctrip, ODIGEO, Hotelbeds.
• Act as a central connector between Sales, Tech, Data, Legal, and Revenue teams.
• Optimize performance through smarter processes, stronger connectivity, and data‑driven decisions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and help shape the future of digital distribution.
• Lead operational implementation of strategies defined with strategic account managers.
• Support day‑to‑day operations with account managers, partners, and hubs.
• Coordinate operational processes with Central Distribution teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in e‑commerce, distribution, sales or revenue management.
• Strong understanding of the OTA ecosystem and hospitality tech landscape.
• Proven ability to manage partners and stakeholders across functions.
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Structured, proactive, and solutions‑oriented.
