Commercial Management and Administration (CMA) Services Officer

Your role

This is an execution-focused support role that contributes to commercial and administrative processes while building expertise within the CMA function.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial management, administrative, accounting, and advisory support by executing assigned tasks.

Commercial & Contract Support

• Assist in managing customers, service providers, and contracts (e.g., energy sales, incentives), including invoicing and settlements.

Financial & Administrative Support

• Support accounting processes, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting in line with internal policies and regulations.

Stakeholder & Reporting Support

• Contribute to stakeholder interactions, documentation, and client reporting.

Project & Team Support

• Support asset management activities and special projects, contributing to daily CMA team operations.

Your expertise

• 1-2 years’ experience as an administrative assistant and/or accountant and/or in “commercial management” (managing electricity purchase/sale contracts)
• preferably in the wind or solar power sector, or in the energy/infrastructure sector
• mastership of SAP/EXCEL/WORD/Powerpoint is a prerequisite
• SAP is a plus
• working language French
• professional fluency in English
• good interpersonal skills
• knowledge of German language is a plus
